About Resolution Enterprises

Louise WalshLouise Walsh:

I like to say I have been in business forever.  As a business professional, I have over 35 years working with businesses of varying size.  The last 20 years, I have focused on small business development helping clients in Denver and Colorado Springs.

I continue to support both communities through my involvement with the Colorado Springs SCORE chapter and as a Consultant for the Denver SBDC.  My focus has always been on business start-up and business planning.  I am a certified NxLevel Instructor for the Small Business Development Center.  These classes assist the entrepreneur in understanding business and developing a business plan.

I am one of the 2006 Top Ten Business Women of the American Business Women’s Association and recently received a Newsletter content and writing award from them.  This national association brings together businesswomen throughout the country for leadership, continuing education, and networking support.

My focus at Resolution Enterprises, LLC is on writing business plans, evaluating your current plan and “plugging” the gaps, market plan development, feasibility studies, and business development.  Training and development is key for your success so we schedule training in those areas you need.

I have an MBA from Denver University (DU).  I am a strong advocate of continuing education and will graduate from Kansas University School of Business in September with a “mini” MBA, keeping my skills strong and current.

Herb Walsh, Entrepreneur:

I am an experienced operations manager, business owner, and entrepreneur. I have worked in many service industries in sales and in operations. My work experience started  at age 16 and I haven’t  looked back since.

My entrepreneurial endeavors began in February 1999 with Colorado Springs Express Courier, Inc. (CSEC). This sub-chapter S Corporation focused on providing courier services to healthcare companies and the title industry. My success in this business was measured by revenue growth and my ability to meet family obligations as required. Profitability was high, cash out was low. I sold CSEC, Inc. in 2009. In 2004, I purchased Valley Bowl, LLC in partnership with one other investor. My role in this company was in operations and vendor management. I negotiated contracts with vendors and handled employee matters. My ownership in Valley Bowl, LLC ended in 2010.

At Resolution Enterprises, our goal is to provide you the same flexibility, integrating your personal and professional goals so that you are able to excel in both areas. My specific role is in day-to-day business management. Let us help you get a handle on the processes you face on a daily basis.
